At school, we have broadband internet. Like, a D3 line. Things upload and download in a flash. Then, I go home for Christmas, and back to the 32kbps dialup modem. Which tends to drop out incessantly every time it rains. And one particular day, it dropped out eight times in a half-hour, and each time, connected at a lower speed. I gave up at 9kpbs, and drew a cartoon instead. I have a feeling there may be more to come along these lines. On the other hand, this thing has been sitting around since 1/4/05, and I just finally got around to finishing it today. So you can see it might be a while...
